Add or change your Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, Google, Zapier, and Calendar integrations

The Integrations tab is where you can find your integrations or linked accounts for Stripe, Google, Zoom, and Microsoft and Google Calendars. These integrations make it possible for you to set video calls and accept payments through your booking page.

Make changes to your integrated Zoom, Google, and Stripe accounts as well as your calendars by clicking on the Integrations section under Settings.

Below are our more detailed guides on:

  • Linking your Stripe account
  • Linking your PayPal account
  • Linking your Google account
  • Linking your Zoom account
  • Connecting Zapier
  • Connecting your Microsoft Calendar
  • Connecting your Google Calendar

In order to add video calls and accept payments through your Oode page, you need to connect Zoom and Stripe to your account.

Setup a safe payment channel by connecting your Stripe account next.  If you don’t have a Stripe account yet, you can register here before proceeding.

Stripe is a popular online payment channel that accepts all major and minor debit and credit cards from customers in every country in 135+ currencies. It also accepts payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods like Alipay, iDeal, or SEPA Direct Debit.

From Account Dashboard/Panel

If you decide not to link a Stripe account to your Oode account yet, that’s okay! You can also choose to link your Stripe account later.

To link your Stripe to your Oode account from your Account dashboard, simply go to Integrations under the Settings tab and then click Connect under Stripe.

You will be asked to type in your location, mobile number, and email address. When you click ‘Continue’, you should receive a verification code to proceed.

Once you enter the code, just fill in your personal and business details, and select the account where you’d like to receive your payouts.

And you’re done! You can customize your price settings by choosing your currency and whether or not prices displayed on your page include tax. Your chosen currency will be how your rates would appear on your page, however your customers are still able to pay in their currencies and Stripe will automatically make the conversions for you.

Stripe automatically calculates and collects tax from your customers depending on the tax code you select or your customer’s location.

You can also choose to accept payments from customers via PayPal. Like Stripe, PayPal allows you to accept electronic payments from anywhere in the world. If you have a PayPal account, link it to your Oode account so you can add one more method of accepting payments.

To link your PayPal to your Oode account from your Account dashboard, simply go to Integrations under the Settings tab and then click Connect under PayPal.

Once you click Connect, you will be directed to another page where you can enter your PayPal account details.

Instead of going to separate platforms to communicate, Oode has partnered with Google so you can use Google Meet to communicate with your customers and conduct your business.

Connecting your Google account to your Oode page makes it easier to communicate with your customers online. And since Google Meet is synced to your calendar, every booking request you accept automatically generates a Google meet link when your customer chooses to meet you online.

To set up your Google Meet, simply select Integrations under the Settings tab and click Connect right below Google.

Oode has also partnered with Zoom to provide an additional platform to make transactions as smooth as possible with your customers.

Connecting your Zoom account to your Oode page makes it easier to communicate with your customers online. And since the app is synced to your calendar, every booking request you accept automatically generates a Zoom meeting when your customer chooses to meet you online.

To set up your Zoom account, simply select Integrations under the Settings tab and click Connect right below Zoom.

You will be directed to the Zoom platform where you can log into your Zoom account.

  • With an existing Zoom account

If you already have a Zoom account, type in your log in details. You can also sign in with your Facebook or Google account. Once completed, you will be automatically brought back to the Oode site. Your Zoom account is now connected to your Oode page and you can now start holding sessions via video call!

  • Without an existing Zoom account

If you don’t have a Zoom account yet, create one first and then come back to these steps later.

Integrate Zapier to your Account

We wrote a step-by-step tutorial here: How to connect Oode with Zapier.

Zapier is a powerful tool for automating workflows and connecting different web applications and services. By integrating Zapier with your website, you can streamline your processes and save time on repetitive tasks, allowing you to focus on growing your business.

To set up Zapier in your Oode account, simply select Integrations under the Settings tab and click Set up right below Zapier.

Then, select Generate API Key at the top-right corner of your screen.

An API key in Zapier is like a code that allows Zapier to talk to other apps and services on your behalf. Zapier needs this code to access the data and features of the other apps and services you want to connect to Oode.

Continue and click on the prompt to sign in or sign up to Zapier.

Use the API key and enter it into Zapier when setting up a Zap. This allows Zapier to automate tasks and workflows between different apps, making your work easier and more efficient.

It's important to keep your API key private and secure, so that nobody else can use it to access your data.

Integrate your Calendars to your Account

Bring your booking schedule with you wherever you go, no matter what device you’re using.

You can sync your Oode calendar with your Microsoft Outlook and/or Google Calendar so you keep track of your bookings.

Connect your Microsoft Outlook Calendar

Import your booking schedule automatically to your Outlook Calendar with a single button. Simply head to Integrations under the Settings tab, click on the Connect button next to Microsoft account.

After clicking Connect, sign in to your Microsoft account.

Once you sign into your Microsoft account, you will be redirected to your Oode account with your Outlook and integrated Oode calendar in sync!

Connect your Google Calendar

If you own a Google account, you can also sync your Google Calendar to your Oode booking page. Just click Connect and sign in to your Google account.

Organize your activities in one place!

Although your Oode account already comes with an integrated calendar, syncing it with your other existing calendars makes it easier to track your schedule alongside your other non-Oode appointments.

Now you are able to check your schedule without having to sign into your Oode account.
