Reject a booking request

You have complete control over your appointments at Oode!

If you want to decline or reject a booking request, you can do so from your Account Dashboard under the Bookings tab.


Click on the three dots to the right of your selected booking request and click Reject.


A confirmation pop-up would appear. If you’re sure about declining a request, select Reject Booking.

An email notification will be automatically sent to your customer so they will know their booking request has been rejected. If a payment has already been made, Oode will also take care of the refund process.
