Receive chat notifications via email
Providing prompt and personalized service is key to building strong relationships and increasing customer satisfaction. And one of the most powerful tools you have at your disposal to achieve this is chat notifications.
To view conversions from your booked customers or to start one with them, simply go to Chat and click on the Clients tab on top of the page. From here, you will see every single one of your clients and your conversations with them.
You can also check incoming chat messages by receiving notifications in your email.
With Oode, you can be notified via email that a customer has sent you a chat message.
All new unread messages from your storefront visitors/guests will be sent to your email receiving members (https://app.oode.com/account/profile-members/:member-id).
