Just because an appointment has been set does not mean you can no longer make adjustments. Take control of your time and have the option to reschedule a booked service.
If you want to reschedule a booked session, go to the Bookings page, choose which booking you want to edit and locate the three dots to the right of the service. Click the three dots and select Reschedule from the drop-down menu.
Select a new date and time slot for the service from the integrated calendar, and click Apply.
Once you have confirmed a new schedule, your customer will immediately receive an email notification containing updated details to the session including a new link to the Zoom meeting (if applicable).
